Eyes & Hands INVOICES scans and interprets your suppliers' invoices. Automatic Data Capture replaces the extensive work needed to manually register information from the invoice. The interpreted information can be controlled and validated according to your demands. Via integration towards financial systems the invoice can be completed with different types of information, for example for suppliers and coding.

The invoice can also be registered by its arrival date in the financial system. The complete electronic invoice is exported from Eyes & Hands to your archive/workflow system. From there the invoice can be distributed electronically for coding and approval.
