VELFILE will provide on-site consultation, demonstration and document review in order to give you an estimate of the cost to move you into the digital world. We can scan almost any type or size document. We provide backfile
and regularly scheduled conversion services. We can create file formats per your request, including tiff,
pdf, jpg, etc. Once your decision is made, services provided are:
Purging of files; Transport of files;
Document preparation; Scanning; Indexing; Quality Control checks; CD
mastering; Transfer to other media, or Export of data
After a data group is completed (about 18,000 pages to one CD-ROM), services provided are:
Installation of PAPERVISION;
Training on PAPERVISION; Delivery of media; Confidential destruction or Return of files;
Fax/E-mail service while in production; Vault storage of backups; Ongoing support
Our systems and equipment are state-of-the-art. We use high quality scanners with high quality software to assure your complete satisfaction. Document imaging services can be provided at our site or yours. And if you want to do your own scanning, we install and integrate total turnkey systems with training and support. We can scan onto any media you request and can even convert CARS system index data to our PAPERVISION index if you previously used a CARS system. We can index up to 25 fields defined by you to best search your database. This is the solution you have been searching for!
